Amosun spend N12 Million Monthly To Sweep Highways

Ogun State Gov Ibikunle Amosun government spends whopping 12 Million Naira to sweep high ways in the state. The state commissioner for Environment, Prince Lanre Tejuoso disclosed that the state government spends N12 million monthly to keep the state clean. ''The ministry ensures regular maintenance of the landscape with resultant beautification. We continue to maintain our road medians in particular, our people should desist from putting garbage bags on these locations'' he stated.  Enforcement of the environmental law, he added, became imperative giving the careless manner by residents of the state towards clean and healthy environment.
